Zillow claims the home was bult in 1890, but I do not believe them. It existed at least by 1913, where the Atlas lists R. Hays as its owner.

The Wileys lived in the home at least as late as 1967. In 1974, John Toal sold the home to Arthur Frelich for $36,000. Frelich sold the home to Martin & Janice Jensen in 1981 for $64,500, and they sold the home in 1985 for $94,500.
